Job Summary:
We're looking for a part-time, flexible, and 100% remote Virtual Customer Service Assistant to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interfacing: Provide regular client interfacing via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Email Management: Manage email communications, calendars, and tasks to ensure efficient and effective customer support, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Process Development and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence in customer service, and continuously improve our services to meet evolving client needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks associated with CRM software and other tools, including data entry, reporting, and analysis, to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service, is preferred.
- Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Availability: Available to work during business hours (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 10 hours/week availability, and willing to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed.
- Client Management Experience: Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects is preferred, and we're looking for individuals who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and common online programs/software used by small business owners, including CRM software and other tools.
- Hardware and Software Requirements: Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with webcam, fast and reliable internet connection, and smartphone with email capabilities.
