Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Credit Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrating a customer-focused mindset, ensuring a positive experience for each customer interaction
- Navigating complex customer issues with ease, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Call Center or Collections experience, with basic knowledge of data entry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and [insert language]
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift, with minimal to no distractions
- Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing exceptional customer service
- Superb attendance, with a dedication to being available when our customers need us
