The Role

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing personalized support to our clients via live chat. Your excellent written communication skills, patience, and empathy will enable you to provide high levels of client satisfaction, while your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively will ensure that you meet performance goals. You'll be part of a friendly and collaborative team that values your contributions and fosters open communication and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely support

  • Resolve issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Provide product information, comparing services and helping clients make informed decisions
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, using empathy and a personal touch to connect with clients
  • Document interactions accurately, logging client issues and resolutions in our system
  • Follow up on open issues, ensuring clients receive the help they need without needing to follow up themselves
  • Adhere to company policies and standards, upholding our reputation through every engagement

Qualifications:

* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in web browsers, chat software, and troubleshooting tools
  • Customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for helping people and resolving issues
  • Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and staying organized
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with a headset and microphone for clear communication

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
