Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager - Customer Onboarding at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence in our customer onboarding process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, managing, and continuously improving onboarding project plans and status trackers across MTA and MMM implementations.
  • Owning timeline management and progress tracking across onboarding workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and customers are informed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Professional Services, to keep projects on track.
  • Leading customer-facing onboarding status calls, bringing in internal experts as needed to provide technical details and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing all customer communications related to project timelines, status updates, and open items, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Aligning onboarding timelines with customer teams based on their internal resourcing and priorities, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating risks or blockers, maintaining momentum and ensuring project delivery.
  • Designing and refining systems, workflows, and documentation to support scalable, high-quality onboarding, continuously improving our processes and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a customer-facing focus, 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with technical products, asking clarifying questions, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Excited to build and improve systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and departments.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required, with experience in project management tools and software a plus.
  • Martech or adtech experience is highly desirable, but not required.
