Join Our Overnight Customer Service Team
We're seeking highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our overnight team, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while upholding the integrity of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through outbound and inbound calls, providing top-notch support and solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations
- Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accurate and confidential records that meet regulatory requirements
- Communicate clearly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service and support that resolves issues and builds trust
- Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, handling difficult situations with courtesy and calm, and escalating issues as necessary
- Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy, staying informed about the latest lending practices and financial services to provide expert advice
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals, contributing to the success of our team and driving business growth
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability to work under pressure, managing difficult situations with courtesy and calm, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data and navigating multiple systems

- Previous experience in financial services or customer support, with a strong understanding of lending practices and regulations
