Position Synopsis

The Customer Solutions Manager is a critical role that requires a unique blend of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of post-service requests from members and providers, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. You will lead high-performing teams to deliver a customer-centric experience, collaborating with internal teams to implement and refine processes, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage team efficiency and resources, setting expectations and distributing responsibilities to ensure member satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine processes, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver a customer-centric experience
  • Implement quality assurance measures and coach team members to achieve optimal performance
