What You'll Be Doing
As a Night Shift Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for arenaflex customers seeking assistance with account-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accepting and managing inbound chat conversations from customers
- Resolving basic issues using internal tools and help center articles
- Staying polite, professional, and calm, even in high-pressure situations
- Taking notes on every chat to ensure seamless follow-up by morning agents
