Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our customer data while providing exceptional support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing accurate data entry and typing tasks with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Processing customer information and order details with precision and attention to detail
• Handling customer service calls and emails with a high level of professionalism and empathy

Requirements

• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
• 1+ years of experience in data entry or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Technical Requirements

To perform this role effectively, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
