Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join its team on a remote work basis. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including Sales, Metadata Management, and Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data-driven analysis and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities and Projects
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Craft and Deliver Impactful Industry Trend Reports: You will collect and present regular business-style reports to senior management, providing them with data-driven insights to inform their decisions.
- Power the arenaflex Print Run Process: You will support critical aspects of arenaflex's weekly print run process, ensuring that the right number of books hits the shelves at the right time.
- Mastering COGS Summaries: You will be responsible for preparing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) summaries, comparing forecasts with actuals, and highlighting growing trends to guide data-driven decisions.
- Inventory Optimization Expert: You will collaborate with the Planning team to analyze sales and inventory movement, allowing arenaflex to optimize warehouse inventory and prevent stock shortages.
- Title and Contributor Metadata Optimization: You will lead metadata optimization tasks, including title and contributor (artist/writer) enhancements, to boost sales for valued retailers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Education: You will need to be an undergraduate university student in your junior or senior year, or have graduated within the past six months, pursuing a bachelor's degree in research, analytics, or a related field.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be enrolled in a regular university/college taking at least one course in the semester/quarter preceding participation in the internship application OR have graduated from a university/college within six months at the time of application posting OR currently taking part in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Not have completed 365 days of continuous employment on a Disney internship or application
- Own unrestricted work authorization
