Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional online chat support to clients seeking insurance information assistance
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through the chat platform
- Helping clients understand their insurance coverage options and answering any questions they may have
- Assisting with claims and policy inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns
