Your Experience at arenaflex

Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with arenaflex. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of small spend accounts
- Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
- Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
- Collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
Qualifications
We're looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to be in the technology space and a passion for building relationships with customers. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:
- 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, support, operations, or customer success
- Gainsight experience a plus
- Former customer-facing experience
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and have been highly productive in the past
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- A solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
