Role Overview
As a Remote Customer Success Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries through inbound calls, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems
- Utilizing cutting-edge technology to ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive outcomes
- Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure seamless customer support
- Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Managing objections and reducing customer churn
- Possessing an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- A problem-solving mindset and a drive to achieve goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Remote Work Requirements
To ensure seamless customer support, we require:
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
- Reliable internet connectivity: 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download minimum
- Dedicated, hard-wired internet connection for optimal call quality. Wireless and satellite internet are not supported
- A smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company communications
