The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, guiding customers through the online ordering process, resolving post-order inquiries, and utilizing software tools to efficiently address customer concerns. Compensation & Schedule

This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a competitive hourly rate of $19.00. Our call center is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Compensation is based on market location and may include additional benefits such as equity, sign-on payments, and other perks.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends, product availability, and promotions.
  • Guiding customers through the online ordering process.
  • Resolving post-order inquiries related to delivery, billing, and shipping.
  • Utilizing software tools to efficiently address customer concerns.
  • Assisting customers with both domestic and international issues by coordinating with shipping contractors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of experience in retail, service, or customer service.
  • Proficient in basic math and able to calculate refunds and discounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong ability to listen and interpret customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shifts on weekends and evenings.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian is a plus.
