Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Back Office Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Data Entry:

+ Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and CRM software + Proofread and verify data for accuracy and completeness + Follow established data entry protocols and procedures + Maintain data integrity by adhering to data confidentiality and security guidelines

Back Office Support:

+ Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings + Process invoices and other financial documents + Assist with project management tasks as needed + Maintain organized and efficient filing systems

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures + Adapt to new technologies and processes readily + Work effectively both independently and as part of a team + Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Required

Minimum 1 Year of Experience:

Preferred in data entry or a related field

MS Office Suite Proficiency:

Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong Typing Skills:

With a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

Excellent Attention to Detail:

And accuracy

Ability to Work Independently:

And as part of a team

Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Essential
