Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, structured environment, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and effective.
- Evaluating and analyzing account information to recommend tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs and preferences.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience, with at least 1 year of voice account experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or be a college undergraduate, showcasing your academic achievements and potential for growth.
- Successful experience in a previous role, with a strong track record of performance, highlighting your ability to deliver results and meet quality standards.
- A reliable internet connection (at least 25mbps) and a private, quiet workspace at home, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home.
- Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to work in different locations.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Measurable experience in Customer VOC, NPS, or AHT, demonstrating your ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing, showcasing your ability to work with diverse customer segments and needs.
- Premium customer service or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty, highlighting your ability to deliver exceptional service and drive results.
- Sales experience, with a focus on value generation and consultative selling, demonstrating your ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
