Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies, using this knowledge to provide accurate and informative support to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and quality standards

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience working in a call center or remote environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in a second language
