Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing product information via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
