Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about products, services, and account details.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer interactions in the system, maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while continuously enhancing product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience in a remote or contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

If you have experience working in a remote or contact center environment, that's a definite plus! We're looking for candidates with a degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. If you have experience working with CRM systems, that's a definite plus! We're also interested in candidates with a strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing.
