Key Responsibilities:

### Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment

  • Proactively engage with customers via phone, video, and other digital channels to understand their specific needs, challenges, and aspirations related to home technology.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the optimal arenaflex products and services to enhance their digital lifestyle.

### Product Expertise & Demonstration

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's extensive product portfolio, including arenaflex products and services.
  • Provide clear, concise, and engaging product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and software updates.

### Solution Recommendation & Customization

  • Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs, considering factors such as budget, technical proficiency, and lifestyle.
  • Assist customers with product selection, suggesting relevant accessories, services (e.g., arenaflex Care), and financing options.

### Sales & Transaction Processing

  • Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions, manage financial information, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.

### Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolution.

### Product & Service Support

  • Provide post-sales support and guidance to customers, assisting with product setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.

### Content & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's product documentation, marketing materials, and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of knowledge resources to enhance customer support effectiveness.

### Team Collaboration & Goal Achievement

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

### Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, technical support, or a related field.
  • Experience with technology products and services is highly desirable.
