Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line for client support, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions
- Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns
