What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions to customers
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a customer-centric approach to ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools to cultivate a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity
- Adapting to change and evolving business needs with a flexible and proactive approach
- Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information with discretion and professionalism
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and internet browsing to assist customers
- Adaptability and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- High school graduate or equivalent experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of critical information
Technical Requirements
To ensure that you have a seamless and productive experience as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and background noise
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
- A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and phone line (not required, but recommended)
- A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
