Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform to our clients and potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or issues our clients may have, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that their experience with our company is positive and satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the financial services industry. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet. - Knowledge of financial and investment terminology is an asset, but not required. - Experience using live chat platforms or other chat support tools is preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Flexibility to work during non-traditional business hours, including weekends, if needed. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
