As a Retail Overnight Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and providing product information with a friendly demeanor. What You'll Be Doing

* Live chat customer support agents will handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts.

  • You'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and providing product information with a friendly demeanor.
  • You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • You'll be expected to follow provided steps and instructions to ensure that every customer interaction is seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • 10+ hours availability per week.
