Your Role: Making a Difference, One Call at a Time

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally: Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and care
  • Researching and providing effective resolutions: Find solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Accurately documenting call details: Keep our records up-to-date and accurate
  • Communicating effectively and diplomatically: Articulate clearly and professionally, even in challenging situations
  • Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction: Strive for excellence in every interaction

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to:

Be at least 18 years old

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

*

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment

*

Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days

*

Type at least 25 WPM

* Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download *

Have a secure, private work area at home

*

Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
