Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving issues related to billing, payments, and services. You'll also be expected to:

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a call center or similar environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
