Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery and utilization of work-life, employee assistance, and manager resources
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify customer needs and provide personalized support and resources
- Utilizing internal databases and online resources to identify potential suppliers and assets
- Entering customer data into the appropriate EAP system and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
- Collaborating with internal partners to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer care experience required
- 1+ years of call center experience required
- 1+ years of experience in a social, mental, or human services field providing customer support
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Mental health and human services foundation preferred
- Behavioral health experience preferred
- 1+ years of medical care experience preferred
- 1+ years of remote work experience preferred
- Insurance/clinical knowledge preferred
Education:
An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
