Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and professional assistance through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred but not necessary

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment, with basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a flexible schedule and ability to multitask and manage time effectively
