Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch live chat support to arenaflex cardmembers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing emerging artificial intelligence technology to deliver hyper-personalized experiences to cardmembers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, and engineers, to shape our conversational AI client servicing products
- Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
- Analyzing performance metrics to inform data-driven product suggestions and recommendations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or digital product management role
