Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Virtual Customer Care Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Virtual Customer Care Specialist, you will engage with arenaflex cardmembers via phone, chat, or email to provide outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
