Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, and driving sales growth. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive salary range of $16.20 to $18.87 per hour, plus additional compensation up to $3000 a month for meeting sales goals and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support

Requirements
