Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex technical issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services, including wireless local number portability, relocations, and combined bill support
- Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, including laptop connect services, air cards, and USB devices
- Proactively engaging with internal support teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Remaining up-to-date on all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, ensuring accurate and informative support to our customers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Familiarity with Windows computers and basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance, working from a dedicated home office with a secure and reliable internet connection
- Residence in one of the following states: DC, DE, CT, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, RI, ME, OH, or PA
