Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Work Schedule and Shifts:

You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates). We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible schedules to ensure you can meet your personal and professional commitments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be an undergraduate or graduate with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be open to learning and growing with our team, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 6 months in the role
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Be proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in any field

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the BPO or IT industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the BPO or IT industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
