Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts
- Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Work Schedule and Shifts:
You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates). We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible schedules to ensure you can meet your personal and professional commitments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be an undergraduate or graduate with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Be open to learning and growing with our team, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 6 months in the role
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Be proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the BPO or IT industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the BPO or IT industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
