Job Overview:

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our clients and providing exceptional online experiences for customers. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat, email, and phone to resolve their inquiries, provide support, and drive sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner

  • Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing best practices and insights to continuously improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

* Reside within the state of Oklahoma

  • Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting our technical requirements (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection
  • Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred)
  • Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, business, etc.) preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
