About the Role:
As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate, helpful information through our chat support system.
- Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.
- Staying up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the arenaflex platform and our partner staffing apps.
- Assisting gig workers in navigating the arenaflex platform and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Actively promoting the benefits and features of arenaflex to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
- Documenting and escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently.
- Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to help gig workers succeed.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate software applications and work with chat support tools.
