Responsibilities
As a Collections Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts, using your exceptional communication skills and negotiation techniques
Providing exceptional customer service
