About the Role
As a Melon Online Fulfillment Agent, you'll play a vital part in expanding arenaflex's online service offerings. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch support to customers through chat, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers through chat, becoming an expert on Melon, and triaging general questions and emergency assistance
- Escalating complex needs to dedicated day teams and ensuring warm handovers
- Providing technical and travel support to Melon customers, responding to initial chat conversations within strict SLA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success and contribute to the technological advancement of our SME business
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 months of experience with FCTG and Sabre
- Proven track record of success and willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high empathy and patience
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
- Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus
