Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our patients, doctors, and insurance carriers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing solutions to challenging billing issues. * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. * Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. * Maintaining performance goals and striving for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. * Becoming proficient in our processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt. Requirements and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following requirements and skills: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus. * Excellent communication and organization skills. * Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency. * Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher).
