What You'll Achieve
As a Customer Care Agent with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone in a high-volume contact center environment
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships, handling inquiries and de-escalating concerns
- Multi-task using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
- Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
- Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
- Maintain productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork
- Work with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
