The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our product and service. You'll be part of a growing team that's passionate about delivering top-notch support and making a difference in people's lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer requests, resolving issues, and providing outstanding experiences in every interaction
- Addressing time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, and delivery issues, in a timely manner
- Assisting clients with questions and concerns regarding their subscription, product, and service
- Escalating critical cases and exceptions to CX Supervisor for proper follow-up
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests
- Developing a deep expertise in our product, key differentiators, and the value it provides to our customers
Responsibilities: Key Highlights
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive and timely issue resolution
- Provide personalized support to customers via email, phone, and/or chat
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and its value proposition
- Collaborate with the CX Supervisor to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Process orders and subscription requests efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, handling inbound customer issue resolution via email, phone, and/or chat
- Outstanding English language skills (oral and written) and effective communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people
- Organized and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude, great people skills, and a supportive team player
- Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining a plus!
