The Role

As a Customer Experience Assistant (Remote) - Transaction Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, online, and text message, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless support for our customers
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information in our arenaflex systems
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
  • Collaborate with a high-energy team dedicated to delivering iconic customer experiences

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
  • Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of automotive industry or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
