Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Project Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of customer service and project management experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- A track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with project management systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Experience in the furniture industry or hospitality industry is highly preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred
