Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Chat, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and accurate responses to inbound customer inquiries via chat and email. You'll collaborate with our team to drive continuous improvement, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and upsell relevant products and services. Responsibilities

* Handle and respond to high-volume inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems to ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Promote a positive attitude, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting productivity goals.
  • Upsell relevant products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

* 1+ year of relevant work experience.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and insights.
  • Effective written communication in English.
  • 18+ years old.

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $14/hour.

  • Part-time schedule: up to 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
  • Two schedule options: 8 AM - 2:30 PM CT or 12:30 PM - 7 PM CT.
