About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our clinical team. As a remote customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, providing them with personalized support and solutions. You will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our clinical programs. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Clinical, your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of arenaflex clinical products and programs
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Ascertain the nature of the call, record information, and provide solutions to member issues
- Interacting with internal and external customers in a positive, respectful manner
- Analyzing information, problems, and procedures to develop effective solutions
- Exercising strict confidentiality in all matters relating to member experience
- Attending meetings, participating in discussions, and responding to requests from other arenaflex department personnel
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Basic experience with MS Office
