Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Airport Rental Operations

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with rental and return processes on our airport lots, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients
• Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, and processing rentals for loyalty customers, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Providing excellent customer service to clients at our exit gates or during the return process, showcasing your ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently
• Working effectively in an outdoor environment, with flexibility to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support

What We Offer:

* A competitive hourly wage of $16.00/hour, with opportunities for shift premium and overtime pay

• Bi-weekly hourly wage (weekly wage in New York and Puerto Rico), providing a stable and predictable income

Requirements:

* Valid Driver's License, ensuring you're qualified to drive a variety of vehicles and navigate our airport lots

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry), allowing you to efficiently process rentals and communicate with customers
• Effective verbal communication skills, enabling you to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles, demonstrating your physical stamina and adaptability
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States, ensuring you meet the necessary eligibility requirements
• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus, providing you with a solid foundation in customer service and conflict resolution
