Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our range of benefits. While sales opportunities may arise, our focus is on providing value-added services, not cold calling. If you're self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation

• Provide personalized support and answer questions about our range of benefits
• Offer guidance and support to union members to help them make informed decisions about their benefits
• Build strong relationships with union members and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Flexible hours to accommodate your needs and work style

• Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
