Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on arenaflex processes and policies.
- Maintaining excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
- Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting potential solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction.
- Effectively communicating, resolving, and documenting billing-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participating in projects that drive process improvements and innovation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Previous healthcare or call center experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bilingual is a plus.
