Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Ensuring seamless service operation, promoting and invoicing video services to customers, and providing top-notch customer experiences.
  • Installing equipment in various settings, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and confined spaces.
  • Utilizing corporate technology to efficiently manage orders and transporting company vehicles to job sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license in the state where the vehicle is operating.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • The ability to pass mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments.
  • Previous experience in a technical domain or similar position is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of satellite technology and customer service principles.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a technical domain or similar position.

  • Knowledge of satellite technology and customer service principles.
  • Experience with corporate technology and transportation management.
