As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high satisfaction. You'll troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform, report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams, and identify and document software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed
  • Identify and document software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the arenaflex platform and its features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Ideal Candidate

* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Patience, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving approach
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
