Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk - Client Management Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and updating client accounts with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client profile data
  • Facilitating online bidder approvals and managing client information
  • Generating comprehensive reports and handling shipping instruction requests
  • Managing mailing list entries and processing bidder/show cards
  • Verifying sales tax information and addressing client survey feedback
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary to support team objectives

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning and growth
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
