The Role
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your exceptional skills and experience to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Research and respond to written inquiries: Respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, utilizing your exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Perform data entry tasks: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing Microsoft suite and other software applications.
- Utilize software applications: Utilize a range of software applications, including Microsoft suite, to complete tasks and deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
- Experience in provider outreach: Possess experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions.
- Data entry and/or typing experience: Possess data entry and/or typing experience, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Possess proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills: Possess a strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
